Someone recently told me they didn’t like this place. I’m not sure if it’s just because they’re not from here. This place is nostalgic. I love it so much. The cinnamon bread!! Those little crusty bits on the edges??? To die for!! I love Grinders, and I’m glad to have them in the quad cities!! This place is always a great "go-to" dinner for my family. Delicious spaghetti topped with buttery garlic bread made so fresh. Pick up through the drive-up window, yes please!
I love the food at Grinders and the staff is amazing. I use the app and stop before work and it’s ready and always so very good and worth every penny. It’s been one of my favorite places to eat for over 30 years, as the restaurant name. I love the Bettendorf location the best.
Staying in town for business and I gave this place a try based on reviews. Food was OK. I dined in and had the meatball sandwich with fries and drink. Food came out fast. Bread for sandwich was too big for medium-sized meatballs. Meatballs tasted good, but the sauce was a little cold on the sandwich and I should have said something, but I was hungry and in a pinch for time and did not. The fries were excellent. They have a good looking menu with a lot of good items. I will be back again to maybe try something different. Service was good. Enjoy!

Amazing spot for affordable and yummy food. Reminds me of La Gondola/Sweet Taste of Italy up in Minnesota. The garlic bread might be the best I’ve ever had.
Grinders is a locally owned place with awesome food. Our group had Beef Ravioli, Cheese Ravioli, and Mostaccoli. The breads are really tasty - fresh, cheese and cinnamon. We will see you again soon.
A small fast food restaurant manly dealing in Italian food, pasta and sub type sandwiches. The have various pizza options. Large sub sandwiches and pastas. Spaghetti, ravioli. You can get the pasta items al la carte or as a meal. The meal options gives you a salad and your choice of dressing and also a bread option. I choose to get the beef ravioli meal with garlic cheese bread and a salad with blue cheese dressing. The salad was delivered to my table just about at the same time that i set down. My main meal ame before i could finish the salad. So fast service and a polite waiter to deliver the food. Notr that the place has pepsi products for their drink options.
